Please join us for a lunchtime cross-industry best practice discussion based on our Human Resources Best Practice Guides.

The cross-industry best practice sharing session will begin with a brief presentation of the best practice guides, highlighting barriers that hold women back as well as showcasing success markers and innovative ideas for building effective strategies to develop and retain a pipeline of women talent.

This will be followed by group discussions, facilitated by Senior HR and D&I Executives. The discussions will focus on current company programmes and initiatives, with each group discussing a specific theme based on one of TWF’s Best Practice Guides, i.e. Gender Inclusive Global Mobility Programmes, Return to Work Programmes, Running Successful Women's Networks, Mentoring Programmes or Unconscious Gender Bias Strategies.

The Women’s Foundation’s HR Advisory Council

TWF HRAC was formed in 2016 to be a constructive Human Resources focused “think-tank” and sounding board to help TWF identify, localise and share HR and D&I best practices and innovative approaches to attract, retain and promote women in the workforce. TWF HRAC’s primary purpose is twofold. Firstly, to identify issues that prevent the full participation and/or retention of women in Hong Kong’s workforce and secondly, to provide pragmatic suggestions and best practice policy solutions for Hong Kong employers to ensure they are benefiting from a gender balanced talent pool.

*This event will be of particular interest to HR and Business Leads.*
