In 2013, The Women’s Foundation launched the 30% Club Hong Kong – a group of chairs and business leaders who are committed to bringing more women onto Hong Kong corporate boards

Male Allies Initiative

Male Allies are business leaders who leverage their collective influence and personal engagement to advance gender equality, within their organisations and more broadly across the Hong Kong business community. We know we cannot improve the lives of women and girls without engaging men as key agents for change. TWF is proud to launch the Male Allies initiative with a group of business leaders committed to driving gender equality in their organisations and communities.

Reverse Mentoring

Launched in 2018, our cross-industry Reverse Mentoring programme enables Male Ally mentees to challenge their perspectives whilst empowering Mentoring Programme Protégé alumni to build relationships with senior leaders as mentors. Together, they collaborate on tackling systemic barriers in the workplace.​
